Today in church the Pastor spoke on the story of Mary and Martha - the sisters who were visited by Jesus and one sat listening to His stories while the other scurried getting this and that and the other thing done and missing out on what was important - sharing special time with loved ones.
So hold the phone! That's exactly why I'm here, away from l'Amore temporarily. I'm here now to share this moment with my friends/family. He's still a newlywed and will go into his second round of chemo tomorrow. Radiation each week day for the past 3 weeks. Wow... praise and prayer for time well spent and healthy days ahead.
